Maestros Joyeros reiterates its commitment to respecting and complying with all applicable laws, and is therefore limited to accepting cash payments in transactions involving watches, jewelry, precious metals and stones, for a value equal to or greater than the equivalent of 3,210[1] Units of Measurement and Update (“UMA”) in effect on the day the payment is made or the obligation is fulfilled.
Maestros Joyeros will under no circumstances accept cash payments that exceed the threshold established by applicable legislation.

This aims to promote fair competition and guarantee to the consumer that the jewelry products they purchase have the carat weight in accordance with the Official Mexican Standard NOM 033.
